Our butter was a happy accident born out of our cashew cream cheese, so in our opinion they’re equally divine. Monty was making a cookie recipe one day, and decided to use our cheese as the butter to see what would happen. It worked. It was epic. So much so, that we had to share more than just the cookie recipe. Now, after hours in (and out of) the kitchen getting it just right, the butter has morphed into a sweet cashew cream that is far better than – dare we say – dairy.
