INGREDIENTS
- 1 box of chickpea pasta
- 3 Tbsp Monty’s Original Cream Cheese
- 1 cup roasted beets
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch nutritional yeast
- 2 cups spinach, sautéed with Monty’s Butter
DIRECTIONS
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Blend Monty’s Original Cream Cheese with roasted beets, sea salt, and nutritional yeast.
- Mix sauce into pasta and top with sautéed spinach.
