- 1 box of grain-free pasta (we recommend Banza Chickpea Pasta)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp Monty's Butter
- Cook pasta as directed. Don’t forget to heavily salt your pasta water :)
- Mince 2 cloves of garlic, and sauté on medium heat with 1-2 tablespoons Monty's Butter until lightly browned.
- Add cooked pasta to sauté pan and toss. Serve with more butter.
