Monty’s Go-To Grain Free Protein Bowl

Makes 1 serving


  • 1 scoop clean plant protein/ hemp

  • 1 scoop coconut or almond flour

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp monk fruit or coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Dash of cinnamon 

  • 1 cup water or cashew milk 

  • 1 Tbsp Monty’s Butter, plus more for topping


  • Mix all ingredients together. 

  • Heat on the stove over low heat until combined or simply bring your water or cashew milk to a boil before adding, and mix until combined.
