- 1 scoop clean plant protein/ hemp
- 1 scoop coconut or almond flour
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp monk fruit or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup water or cashew milk
- 1 Tbsp Monty’s Butter, plus more for topping
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Heat on the stove over low heat until combined or simply bring your water or cashew milk to a boil before adding, and mix until combined.
